Our small team works super quickly behind the scenes to get your order packed and on its way as soon as possible. In most cases, orders are dispatch in 24 hours.

During high demand and pre-order periods please allow additional time for order processing and dispatch. This is additional to the stated shipping time and will be advised at checkout if applicable.

Peak Sale Periods

During major sale events (such as Black Friday / Cyber Weekend), launches or unexpected spikes in order volume, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly extended.

Delivery Methods & Times

All orders are shipped from Melbourne via Australia Post, complete with tracking numbers provided via email updates.

  • Express Delivery:

    • Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast): Next business day delivery.
    • Other Locations: 1-3 business days.

  • Standard Delivery:

    • Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast): 2-5 business days.
    • Other Locations: 2-8 business days. 

Tracking and Order Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and link will be sent to you via email. Use this information to monitor your package until it arrives safely.
