 How long does shipping take to the UK?

Orders to the UK are dispatched within 24 hours and are typically delivered within the 8-15 days for standard, and 3-10 business day for express shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, or due to customs processing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Do you ship from the UK?

At this stage, our orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in the US and shipped to our UK customers.

Will I need to pay custom fees or import taxes?

For orders shipped to the UK, customs duties generally do not apply on orders valued under £135. However, VAT, import charges, or handling fees may still apply depending on the UK regulations and the courier handling the delivery.

Any applicable customs charges are determined by the UK customs authorities, and we recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure before placing an order. Please note that we do not collect VAT or duties at checkout, and therefore, any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing your tracking details. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours from the time they are placed.

If you cannot find this email, please check your junk or spam folder before reaching out to us.

My tracking hasn’t been updated, is this normal?

Yes, tracking updates can occasionally take a little time to appear, especially while parcels are in transit between international shipping hubs or awaiting customs processing.

If there has been no movement for an extended period, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Do you offer express shipping to the UK?

Yes, we offer express shipping to the UK. Our express shipping service is guaranteed to land in the UK within 3-10 business days. Once the parcel has been handed over to the local delivery partner for final delivery, delivery timeframes may vary depending on the courier and your location. You will receive your tracking number once the order dispatches so you can monitor the updates of your delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order has not been processed, we may still be able to update your shipping address. We usually send out the order confirmation with the ability to change this detail within 1 hour. If you encounter challenges making the change, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you before your order is shipped. Once orders have shipped we may be unable to change the delivery address so please ensure the correct address is added at checkout.

I entered the wrong address, what happens now?

You should be able to change your shipping address within 60 minutes from placing the order. We have included this option which you can see in your order confirmation email.

If the parcel has already been dispatched, we may have limited ability to make changes while the parcel is in transit. In some cases, the local courier may assist in changing the shipping address. We recommend getting in touch with them to make this change once the parcel is turned over to them.

Please note that additional shipping fees may apply if the parcel is returned and requires shipping.

What happens if my parcel is returned to sender?

If a parcel is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, we can arrange reshipment once the parcel has been received back by our warehouse.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may still be able to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are generally no longer possible.

Do you ship to Northern Ireland?

Shipping availability to Northern Ireland will be shown during checkout. If you experience any issues placing your order, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.

What courier do you use for UK deliveries?

Our orders are shipped via DHL International and are handled by local postal services for final delivery. Our courier partners may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and current logistics availability.

Do you offer free shipping?

Due to the high cost of international shipping we are currently not offering free shipping for UK orders. We appreciate your understanding.

What currency are your prices shown in?

When visiting https://cubandfox.co.uk/, prices will be displayed in GBP throughout your browsing experience and up until checkout.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, your statement may show the final charge in AUD, as payments are processed in our base currency.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

How long has Cub & Fox been around?

The idea came about during the pandemic, when our founders purchased a water scroll online as a simple creative activity at home. Unfortunately, the product either arrived damaged or did not hold up well with regular use, and it quickly became clear there were some limitations with the design and durability of what was available at the time. It was also discovered that many of these early versions included small components that could pose a choking hazard, which raised concerns around child safety. This experience led to the creation of Cub & Fox’s Magic Canvas, a redesigned, improved version focused on safer materials, stronger construction, and a more reliable, reusable creative experience that parents can feel confident giving to their children.

Why haven’t I heard of Cub & Fox in the UK before?

Cub & Fox started in Australia in 2022, and over the past few years we’ve expanded into markets including New Zealand and the United States.

While we’ve had a growing number of UK customers discovering us and reaching out about how to order, our shipping options into the UK have previously been more limited due to international logistics constraints and fulfilment capacity.
