Rainbow Magic Canvas Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Cub & Fox PTY LTD , located at PO Box 197 Torquay VIC 3228 ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

  • Opening Date: September 21, 2026

  • Closing Date: 11:59 PM AEST on Wednesday 23 September 2026.

  • Any entry received after the Closing Date and Time will be deemed invalid.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to legal residents of Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and United States aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Directors, management, employees, and immediate families of the Promoter and its associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

  • An entrant's Instagram profile must be set to public or accessible so entry validation can be completed.

4. How to Enter

To enter, entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

  1. Follow the official Cub & Fox Instagram account: @cub.and.fox.

  2. "Like" the official Part 1 Founder Reveal Reel posted on @cub.and.fox.

  3. Post a comment on the Part 1 Founder Reveal Reel containing:

    • At least one (1) eligible rainbow heart emoji: Red (❤️), Orange (🧡), Yellow (💛), Green (💚), Light Blue (🩵), Blue (💙), Purple (💜), or Pink (🩷).

    • An active tag of one (1) genuine Instagram friend handle.

  4. Entrants may submit multiple entries, provided that:

    • Each entry is submitted as a separate comment.

    • A different Instagram account is tagged in each comment.

    • Tags of brand accounts, celebrities, giveaway, or spam accounts will be disqualified.

  5. If an entrant includes multiple distinct heart emojis within a single comment, that comment will be allocated strictly to the category of the first emoji that appears.

5. Prize Details

  • Total prize pool consists of eight (8) Double Rainbow Magic Canvas Sets (sixteen (16) individual Rainbow Magic Canvases total).

  • Each of the eight (8) winners will receive one (1) Double Rainbow Magic Canvas.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

6. Winner Determination & Draw

  • This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.

  • Entries will be extracted and divided into eight (8) colour categories corresponding to the eight heart emojis.

  • One (1) winner will be randomly drawn from each of the eight colour categories using an auditable, automated random selection process on 24 September 2026.

  • An entrant can only win once. If an entrant is drawn in multiple colour categories, their first draw will stand, and a redraw will immediately take place for the subsequent category.

7. Winner Notification & Verification

  • The provisional winners will be contacted solely via Direct Message (DM) from the official verified Instagram account @cub.and.fox within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw.

  • Provisional winners will be required to provide a valid delivery address, phone number, email address, and proof of age/residency to confirm eligibility.

  • Winners must respond and claim their prize within seven (7) business days of initial contact.

8. Unclaimed Prize / Redraw

If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to validate eligibility, or does not claim the prize within seven (7) business days of notification, that winner forfeits the prize. The Promoter will conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries within that specific colour category until an eligible winner is confirmed.

9. Fulfilment & Delivery

  • Prizes will be dispatched via tracked postal courier to the nominated address within 28 business days following winner validation, subject to product availability at official launch.

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdirected deliveries resulting from incorrect contact details provided by the entrant.

10. Privacy & Intellectual Property

Any personal data collected during the administration of this competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used exclusively for running the competition, dispatching prizes, and regulatory compliance.

11. Instagram Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram. Entrants completely release Meta/Instagram from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or in connection with this competition.
